Covid Secure Workplace Policy
I would like to reassure you that I am following the Covid safety guidelines of the Association of Reflexologists and the Welsh government in order to ensure your safety and mine during these ongoing challenging times. This includes:
• risk assessment completed by phone for every client before every appointment
• disinfection of all surfaces and equipment before and after each client
• allowing more time between appointments for ventilation and thorough cleaning
• the wearing of a mask by clients and of a mask and visor by myself thus reducing the risk of transmission for us both

Initial clinical treatment: £40*
(approx. 90 mins)
Your first appointment includes a free confidential medical and lifestyle consultation which takes approximately 20 minutes, during which we will look at the issues or symptoms that have brought you to reflexology. This is followed by a full exploratory treatment which usually lasts about an hour. As well as being very relaxing, this session will bring to light any imbalances that may be affecting your well-being. At the end of the treatment, we will look at a plan of regular treatments which works for you and your needs and talk about any lifestyle changes that you may wish to think about.
*The price includes a non-refundable £10 deposit to secure the booking for your first appointment.
Subsequent clinical treatments: £40
(approx. 60 mins)
At the start of each appointment, we will review your progress and discuss any changes since your previous session. This is then followed by a clinical reflexology treatment which is completely tailored to your specific needs. The focus and techniques that I use for each treatment will be based upon your feedback, and any new issues or imbalances that come to light during the session.
Taster Sessions: £30
(approx. 45 mins)
These sessions are designed to offer you an insight into what reflexology is, how it works, what it feels like and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. There is a basic information and consent form to sign and the rest of the session is simply a lovely relaxing and pampering treatment. So it's a great way to experience reflexology before you decide whether you would like to have regular clinical treatments.
• 20% discount for referrals: when a new client attends his/her first appointment following your recommendation of me, you will receive a 20% discount off a standard price clinical treatment as a token of my appreciation.**
• 50% discount off every 6th appointment: for every five clinical reflexology treatments that you receive at the standard price within a 3-month period, your sixth appointment is offered at half-price.**
**Please note that discounts may not be used in conjunction.
Gift vouchers can be bought for the value of full clinical treatments or for taster sessions and are ideal for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc or simply as a "thank you" to show your appreciation for someone you care about. You can buy these from me in person or I can send them to you (postage is free).
Payments for treatments and gift vouchers may be made by cash, debit/credit card or bank transfer.
Appointments are available as follows:
Monday - Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 4.30pm - 8.30pm
Friday: 4.30pm - 8.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
Sunday: 9.30am - 2.30pm
For treatments in the calm and relaxing atmosphere of dedicated therapy rooms, I offer appointments at Yoga Place Abertawe in Clydach and Horizon Therapy Centre in Gorseinon.
If you are unable to travel, have mobility issues or would simply prefer to have your reflexology sessions in the comfort and convenience of your own home, I also offer home visit appointments upon request. Please note that a mileage charge may be applicable.
Whilst I appreciate that we all lead busy lives and sometimes plans have to be changed unexpectedly due to circumstances beyond our control, please understand that missed appointments and late cancellations can affect my business and also other clients. With this in mind, I respectfully ask that you call me in person on 07305 748658 to give at least 48 hours’ notice where possible to cancel or rearrange your booking so that I have time to offer the appointment to another client.
For cancellations at short notice or failure to attend an appointment, a charge equivalent to 50% of the treatment cost may be incurred. I do aim to be as flexible as possible, however, and this may be waived at my discretion depending on circumstances.
If you arrive late for an appointment, you will still be charged the price for the session but it will be shortened to end at the scheduled time.
